Part of ITV Studios, ITV Global Distribution focuses on the distribution of drama, factual and entertainment programming to broadcasters, and streaming platforms globally. Some of our recent key scripted brands include Emmy Winner Schitt's Creek, Line Of Duty, Vera, Bodyguard, Snowpiercer and Little Birds; entertainment brands include The Voice and The Graham Norton Show; and factual series Magical Land of Oz and Wild Tokyo.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual based in Singapore to work across the APAC region. The **Regional Sales Manager **role is maximise revenue and profitability of the ITV Studios Global Entertainment catalogue in the region.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Forecast and achieve Sales targets for region (South Korea & Mongolia).
- Work with manager and team to deliver agreed sales strategy region across all platforms.
- Maintain existing relationships with clients, agents and output partners and build new relationships in the region.
- Strategically negotiate deal terms and conditions which maximise return and profitability.
- Ensure that all accounts are handled in an appropriate, effective and efficient way.
- Manage the annual budget and forecasting in assigned territories.
- Identify new and renegotiate existing output deals.
- Plan and attend sales trips and international markets as identified by Manager.
- Prepare for and participate in regular sales tracking meetings.
- Contribute to managing the objectives, performance and coaching of Direct Reports.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional groups across London headquarters.
- Provide weekly reports to EVP Asia Pacific while tracking progress in Work Tracker and Pipeline to ensure budgets are exceeded.
- Maintains said documents and other tracking documents to ensure records on client communication and market trends are up to date.
- Formulate strategic sales plans and priorities through research and analysis of market/country data to enhance the market share of ITV products in territory.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of Television, New Media and Home Entertainment rights.
- Strong relationship management skills and fluent in Korean.
- Articulate with excellent communication skills and ability to tailor communications to suit the audience and desired outcome.
- Ability to take direction and work with the EVP to deliver the greed sales strategy.
- Team player with the desire to help drive the business forward together.
- First hand knowledge of some territories in the cluster.
- Highly motivated and hardworking.
- Able to prioritise work-load in order to maximise income.
- Comprehensive knowledge of PARIS or other rights Databases/systems.
- Able to regularly communicate key information to the cluster.
