**Position Purpose**:
This role is for a technical support position and he/she will be responsible for overseeing the support services provided by the APAC IT Core OS Windows team, particularly in terms of file systems management. He/she must ensure that the all shared folders in APAC follow standard procedures.

He/she will help ensure the quality of Core OS Windows Team services remains consistently high, that operating policies are developed or are strictly followed, and adhere to all IT security policies to maintain system integrity and quality.

**Responsibilities**

**Technical Management**
- Deliver standardization in terms of shared drive management in the major APAC sites and regional oversight for the rest of APAC countries.
- Must have a mindset to work autonomously, and proactively, provide continuous improvements to the team processes and service levels delivered.
- Be risk adverse in change management, and daily operations.
- Focus on remediating shared drive configurations and ensure they follow standard procedures.
- Able to understand the structure and configuration of shared drives hosted in various storage or server environments, along with their corresponding access controls.
- Strive to ensure 100% uptime for all Core IT systems and infrastructure in APAC, taking into account business requirements, including rapid response and resolution during IT incidents.
- Able to plan, test and execute Production changes successfully following a robust Change Management process.
- Responsible for updating all relevant documentation within his/her scope.

- Work closely with all major business stakeholders, and any team(s) with direct influence and dependencies.
- Must know how to build strong working relationships with our customers and partners.
- Have proven experience working collaboratively with all teams across all departments and with the attitude to work openly, share information, and keep people regularly informed and avoiding working in silo mode.

**Governance**
- Follow all CIB and security policies.
- Contribute to management reports and dashboards.
- Report all variances from norms and standards.

**Technical & Behavioral Competencies**:

- Required Technical Knowledge/Skills:
- At least 3+ years of technical experience in Microsoft Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019
- Must be familiar with the support and management of Distributed File Systems.
- Skilled in managing Microsoft Active Directory objects (e.g. users and groups).
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in handling and/or contribution to complex IT projects.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team using strong analytical skills
- Demonstrate a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Ability break down complex technical situations and know how to share information depending on the audience - e.g. Information shared third level senior system administrators, all the way up to non-technical managers.
