Olympus APAC requires a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve the service education system for trainers and distributors in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Conduct in-service training on medical devices and related products for trainers in other Business Centres and distributors, including repair processes, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare service training materials and schedules, and manage the introduction of new product repairs.
  • Establish a service education system for medical devices and related products for engineers in other Business Centres.
  • Address technical inquiries and provide technical support to Business Centres and distributors, both remotely and on-site.
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow-up on all technical inquiries.
  • Plan and review the Quality Management Systems of repair centers to secure and enhance repair quality.
