PDS Technical Sales Lead, APAC
Job ProfileThe PDS Technical Solutions Lead, APAC is responsible for leading solutions development for all global/regional PDS RFPs or multi-X RFPs with substantial PDS scope & opportunity. They work closely with the regional PDS sales team, PDS SMEs and APAC Sales Head to secure new accounts for APAC.
Experience10+ years
Technical degree/diploma in a project/construction related education required
Mutli-country (ideally regional)
Experience working in matrix organizations preferred
Sales/solutioning experience a plus
Diverse industry experience a plus
SkillsArticulates ideas and proposals persuasively and in a consultative approach to shape stakeholder opinions and buy-in
Dedicated to pursuing excellence in building customized solutions
Demonstrates confidence in presenting to various audiences - able to think quickly, listen well to others, and understand how to react and modify approach to thrive in front of clients and other key influencers
