Apac Wintel Ops and Os Security Head

Additional function will be OS security contact point to liaise with business partners and auditors in APAC and represent Global Unified Sector Server team.
- Manage multiple Wintel L3 teams with 50+ staff including 3rd party contractors.
- Lead and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and direct instruction.
- Act as OS Security single point of contact in APAC
- Own end to end operational server support in APAC region and cooperate with teams in EMEA and NAM to provide consistent 24x7 service globally.
- Ensure smooth operations and address client escalations
- Identify and leverage opportunities for continuous process and performance improvement through workflow changes, automation, and resource allocation
- Supervise global deployment function to ensure servers have latest security tools installed.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in a server infrastructure role with experience in people and project management
- Experience managing multiple staff across various functional roles and locations
- Experience hiring, developing, and retaining highly skilled teams
- Experience in large scale operational support of IT infrastructure with global follow the sun support model.
- Ability to manage and coordinate tasks in multiple regions and across time zones
- Excellent interpersonal skills - including good verbal and written communication, presentation skills and the ability to lead and facilitate meetings and workshops with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, being able to diagnose root cause of issues
- Experience in financial services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
- Proven analytical, diagnostic and multitasking skills with focus on execution and attention to detail
- Ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking and best practices
- Ability to partner with virtual and in-person teams, define goals to a team, and work under pressure or to a deadline
- Demonstrated ability to both work independently and partner with virtual teams in a high-pressure matrix environment
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of various parts of a project/initiative with tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectation/ requirements
