- Creation, maintenance and execution of High Availability and Disaster Recovery plans and proposals of alternative Wintel architectures and solutions
- Independently lead projects starting from the technical evaluation phase to ascertain impact on existing systems, provide risk analysis to proposed solutions and managing resources from different teams, delivering goals on time.
- Work on process improvement and/or automation opportunities.

- Receive escalations from level 1/2 support teams and participate in oncall and weekend work rotations.
