**Responsibilities**
- Be current and knowledgeable in HR legislations, Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.
- To administer compliance, control and educate stakeholders on HR policies and legislations.
- Support in manpower planning.
- Administer, collate, tabulate data and manage target setting and performance appraisal alongside with functional heads.
- Support Employee Relations initiative to foster team cohesion, teamwork and productivity.
- Manage on-boarding program and off-boarding program.
- Demonstrated experience in Payroll.
- Engage in dormitory Planning to optimize dormitory occupancy for operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Investigate and resolve disciplinary issues and grievances.
- Define and maintain current and accurate data for compliance and operation efficiency.
- Prepare essential documents and letters.
- Tabulate and generate relevant reports for management and relevant authorities for decision making.
- Process Annual Leave, Home Leave and etc.
- Support the implementation of change initiatives and projects to advance HR best practices from time to time.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**
- Diploma/Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resource management
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Effective in both verbal and written communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,900.00 - $3,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
