
Sales Operations Analyst, Customer Success

**Responsibilities**
APJ Sales Operations are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst, Customer Success to support Veeam’s growing APJ Renewals and Customer Success organization through high impact operational execution, process innovation, GTM strategy support, and strong stakeholder partnerships.
This role will report to Senior Director, Sales Operations Renewals and Customer Success.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Be a trusted Operational Business Partner to Renewals and Customer Success, APJ Leadership
- Operationalize new processes, tools, and key initiatives that drive sales productivity and support the overall APJ Renewals and Customer Success strategy
- Orchestrate the Annual Planning Process for your supported Sales Segments, which encompasses go-to-market strategy, resource planning, and sales territory and quota assignment
- Drive complex projects from identification, execution, through to completion; define, track and manage project expectations and metrics
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to prove/disprove business improvement hypotheses and drive decisions
- Marshal a consistent forecast cadence with Sales Segment Leadership and Management
- Track and provide insight around KPIs that impact sales performance and the overall Veeam customer experience
- Partner with Sales Segment Leadership to prepare and participate in QBRs, Summits, All Hands
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration)
- Fluent English, additional languages is a plus but not required
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- MS Access advance skills is a strong plus
- Understanding Sales Cycle and Sales Processes in software business
