- Identify and prospect new customers through various channels including cold calling, networking, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s products and services to potential customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales/customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a passion for achieving results.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
