**Job responsibilities**:
- Analysis of existing pre-sales processes and practices, identification of inefficiencies, design of measures to address inefficiencies
- Pre-sales tools selection, business case preparation, acquisition support, implementation support
- Analysis of needs of customer segments served by the company
- Analysis of competitors, their offering, issues with their value proposition
- Supervision of preparation of pre-sales materials (in coordination with the marketing and business efficiency teams); design of campaigns based on knowledge of customer base and competitors
- Analysis of comparative efficiency of different pre-sales messages and materials, A/B testing to optimise response rate, selection of effective messages and materials
- Analysis of efficiency of platforms/channels, outreach frequency, contact person selection approaches and other parameters influencing the conversion rate, including design and performance of A/B tests
- Assignment of tasks, industries/segments, campaigns to pre-sales team members
- Analysis of team members’ efficiency, performance plans development, coaching and supervision
- Hiring and onboarding of additional team members
- Identification and offboarding of underperforming team members
- Assessment of adequacy of fixed consideration and bonuses paid to team members, escalation of cases where adjustments are necessary
- Preparation of regular and one-off reports
- Set-up of a system for collection, analysis and dissemination of pre-sales information
**Your experience and mindset**:
- Open-minded and result-oriented team player
- Good knowledge of different lead generation tools and customer bases and strong experience with them
- Experienced in the market and potential client analysis
- Knowledge of different search techniques
- Experienced in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)
- Advanced data analysis skills
- Experience in Sales
- Negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is necessary
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience
