Your Team, Your Impact

The Head of Assembly and Test Operations will lead the operations team, overseeing the entire process from wafer fab outs to customer shipments. This includes managing production control, assembly, and test capacity planning and expansion. The role will also be a key partner in sourcing decisions for new product introductions (NPI) and collaborate with the supply chain planning team to address long-term capacity needs. Additionally, this leader will be responsible for optimizing loading plans to achieve cost efficiency, building strong relationships with strategic component suppliers, OSAT partners, and test and hardware suppliers. The role will play a pivotal part in supplier relationship management, including participating in quarterly business reviews with suppliers.

What You Can Expect
- Lead and develop the Assembly and Test execution organization.
- Co-ordinate with Procurement, Planning to achieve the goals of the Supply chain organization
- Develop and implement a resilient backend supply chain to meet revenue targets by leveraging second sourcing, increasing capacity flexibility, and diversifying geographically.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain execution to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with outsourcing partners to ensure reliable and timely supply of materials and services.
- Collaborate with Procurement to identify cost-saving opportunities to achieve gross margin targets.
- Partner with cross functional product test engineering and quality teams to successfully scale new products to high-volume manufacturing.
- Lead supply chain transformation and efficiency enhancements through advanced analytics and innovative supply chain management tools.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain team, encouraging innovation, professional development, and collaboration to achieve strategic goals.

What We're Looking For
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering. MBA would be a plus.
- Experience: 15 + years extensive experience in semiconductor Assembly and/or Test operations.
- 10+ years experience managing large global organization
- Supply chain systems experience is a plus
- Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chain best practices.
