**Roles and Responsibilities**
- The full spectrum of accounting functions using MYOB, including receivables, payables, preparation of the monthly financial statement and management reporting.
- Cash flow management.
- Processing monthly payroll and claims, submission of CPF contributions, IR8A and related government claims.
- Preparation of annual budget.
- Application of overseas fund-raising permits and submission of financial statement to the relevant governmental bodies.
- Providing accounting, HR and secretariat support to related arms and subsidiaries.

**Pre-Requisites**
- Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in handling the full set of books.
- Hands-on experience with MYOB.
- Good team player and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, HR practices and related regulations.
