
Customer Service Executive

Our client is a Small and Medium Enterprise within the automotive industry in Singapore, currently expending their business in the market.
With the company vision in business growth, we are looking to hire Customer Service Executive to excel and grow with them.

- Serving as the direct contact person among the workshop, customers and suppliers.
- Coordinating interactions between the workshop and various departments (eg, Operations, Leasing and Sales)
- Providing comprehensive support to the workshop's day-to-day activities.
- Ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the workshop.
- Managing customer requests and generating work orders.
- Addressing customer feedback and facilitating coordination work.
- Responsible for scheduling appointments and job assignments.
- Performing data entry, organizing documents and maintaining files.
- Overseeing inventory management, including tracking and ordering spare parts.
- Liaising with customers, vendors, suppliers and partners.
- Issuing quotations, invoices and cheque.
- Managing payment collection.
- Updating records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Able to handle accident claim preferred but not necessary.

- Singaporean
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin) for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking associates and clients
- Customer service oriented, displaying proactivenss, teamwork and independent with a positive working ethic.
- With prior experience in vehicle serving workshops will be an advantage.
- Able to handle multiple task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- 5.5 days work week (Monday - Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday: 9.00am to 1.00pm).
