**About VP, Strategy at Nogle**
We are looking for a Vice President, Strategy to join Nogle’s growing team in Singapore. This is a senior leadership position where you will be instrumental in the development and execution of company-wide short and long-term strategies. As our VP of Strategy, your accountabilities will include, but not limited to strategy development and execution, engagement, cross-functional collaboration, business planning, and market access. You will drive cross-disciplinary teams to design experiences and products using innovative, best-in-class strategies ensuring impact and a competitive edge.
At Nogle, you will work closely with staff and senior stakeholders across and outside the company to manage and evaluate complex strategic projects and programmes in line with Nogle’s organisational strategy, providing independent expert challenges to enable Nogle to meet its long term ambitions. To excel in this role, you will need to develop a great understanding of our business and operations, possess a strong aptitude for facts and data, and keep pace in an incredibly fast-moving environment.

**What will you need to do**:
- Strategy Planning and Execution:
- Develop short and long-term growth opportunities by aligning Nogle’s brand, current business models, strategies, and overall market dynamics.
- Leverage the strong partnership with Marketing, Business Development, Business Operations, Sales, and Finance departments to build a steady pipeline of data and insights.
- Monitor and report on the progress against the strategic and annual business plans goals and metrics, and recommend adjustments to address the evolving environment.
- Provide commercial support to product strategies, launches, and pricing strategies for Nogle’s key businesses.
- Monitor the fintech industry in general, as well as DeFi specifically, and be able to rapidly communicate trends and business opportunities to colleagues and clients.
- Participate in executive discussions that help shape the overall strategy and direction of the company on a regular basis.
- Project Management Leadership:
- Ensure appropriate metrics are in place and measure performance and progress - project status, timelines, communication, resource coordination, and planning - toward goals, as well as return on investment for the Company.
- Develop modeling approaches and work with cross-disciplinary teams to develop analytical models to inform key decisions - taking a hands-on approach
- Identify, develop business plans for, and execute partnerships, joint ventures and other collaborative arrangements.
- Corporate Development:
- Organize and lead ad hoc cross-functional workgroups for leadership and team heads to assess strategic impact of emerging issues.
- Oversee the strategic and day-to-day activities of the Strategy Team, including directing, coaching, and mentoring staff to implement departmental and organizational goals.
- Evolve the Nogle strategy framework, and develop training modules for the Strategy Team and others across the business.
- Develop thought leadership on behalf of Nogle and contribute meaningfully to marketing and public relations efforts.
- Foster an openness to innovation in thinking and approach.
**What do you need to have**:
Required:
- 10+ years of experience leading client strategy, business operations, or revenue operations at high-growth financial/tech companies or B2B SaaS startups.
- Well rounded in analytical mindset, technical skills, and business acumen.
- Proven leadership abilities, able to develop, coach and manage multidisciplinary and expert professional teams, creating a positive and engaged team culture.
- Driven to identify new business opportunities, tee them up for the sales team, and assist the sales and business development teams in pursuing leads.
- Ability to present oral and written communication in English in an organized, clear and confident manner.
- Effective influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders and customers.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred:
- MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
- A good understanding of crypto and digital assets
- Proficiency in another language other than English
- Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes and metrics
- Primary and secondary research capabilities, knowledge of market research design methodology, and ability to interpret results
