**Commercial Manager
**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify, develop & secure supply of lithium ion battery scraps sources through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration in the industry.
- Ability to identify opportunities by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients and supply sources.
- Stay abreast of the industry growth & trends to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing sources to ensure that they are retained.
- Work closely with factory to provide recycling support to our suppliers/ vendors, and provide feedback to the factory team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in sales and marketing, business administration, or similar. Any engineering background will be an added advantage.
- Sales experience, task and result oriented with minimum of 5 years similar work experiences.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding the electrification of transportation, energy storage market and related basic level of lithium-ion battery manufacturing knowledge.
- Great networking skills, especially with battery related industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Emboldened by challenges and can work independently with little supervision.
