Head of Bids, Rail Development

Singapore SBS TRANSIT RAIL PTE. LTD. Full time

We are looking for a Head of Bids to lead the bid team in the development of proposal for rail tender bids, including co-ordination and establishing partnerships with partners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead in developing response to request for information/expression of interest for potential projects
- Lead in meetings with potential partners to develop partnership framework and follow through to implement the partnership agreement
- Work with partners, consultants and workstream leads to develop the bid strategies
- Work with the bid workstream leads to develop the quality and price proposals for tender bids
- Lead in meetings with clients to understand expectations/requirements and to present the proposal
- Lead in seeking approvals from internal governance prior to bid submission
- Provide regular reporting on status of bid preparation to Senior Management

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in rail operations, engineering or maintenance
- Experience in preparing tender bids would be preferred
- Able to write effectively
- Strong people, planning and organising skills
- Analytical mind
- Good communication skills
- Matured personality and good team player.
- Resourceful, self-motivated and result oriented
