The client is one of Singapore's leading general insurers, with established presence in Singapore for over a century. They are actively looking to hire an Executive to join their team.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Prepare daily cashflow and support treasury function on placements of surplus funds on time deposits
- Prepare fixed deposit letters and update Oracle system
- Quarterly accrued interest computations
- Perform monthly Core systems reconciliations to Oracle
- Handle non-trade AR transactions in Oracle
- Issuance of all tax invoices to be generated from Finance Dept and ensuring these transactions are properly and timely taken up in our accounting systems
- Prepare monthly MAS Income & Expenditure returns
- Assist to prepare quarterly MAS debtors.
- Prepare weekly and monthly exchange rate tables (cover)
- Provide support in systems UAT if any
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned

**The Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting
- Understanding of accounting practices, preferably insurance related
- Financial and accounting experience
- Conversant with Microsoft Office Excel and Word

**Others**:

- This is a 2-year contract position with completion bonus
