Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist and support in the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinate the planning and execution of events with internal stakeholders and agencies.
- Work with and support cross-functional teams for new product launches, promotions, sales incentives and announcements.
- Act as a point of contact for project updates, providing regular communication to stakeholders.
- Support RHQ’s brand and marketing initiatives
- Provide assistance to regional team for required marketing and brand initiatives.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and marketing timelines.
- Work closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, retail operations and management, to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
- Support Corporate Marketing function’s admin work.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience in agency/ in-house marketing and/ or communications role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Highly driven and motivated individual, with an ability to craft high-performance deliverables and workplans to meet desired outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social and digital trends.
- Team-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to take on administration work
