A business support role to assist in define/validate/expand/streamline of MO / DCH operations to improve overall MO / DCH guidelines, processes and customer experience, and increase productivity
- Tasks to perform in MO/ DCH operations, including Case Management via SFDC, attend to phone enquiry from both internal and external customers within our stipulated turnaround time.
- Work as a team and provide support/back up for each other within the team.
- Provide support and work in partnership with our outsourced vendor on a daily basis.
- Provide good customer service to Intermediaries and internal stakeholders on Health Operations matters and ensure customer satisfaction in the services provided.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager/Assistant Manager
- Ensure all daily cases and tasks assigned are to be cleared within stipulated timeline.
- To manage portfolio assigned including working closely with the appointed Business Development Partner (BDP) and Underwriter (UW).
- Ensure that all tasks done to be within authority limits and meet all the service turnaround time. If there is any delay, to escalate it promptly to Manager for solution.
- Render support to all outsourced teams, i.e. ABS, TPA and FujiXerox in related to our day-to-day processing and enquiries.
- For any feedbacks, processing errors or omissions, to investigate on the Root Cause and escalate with solution, to avoid repeated feedbacks, errors & omissions.
- To assist in improving MO / DCH Operations productivity by identifying and simplifying the processes and cutting down unnecessary requirements.

**Requirements**:

- 1 years experience in Health Operation
- Familiar with Health insurance processes and possess experience in the related servicing support.
- Good interpersonal and customer servicing skills
- Good written and oral skills
- Ability to adapt to changes
