KEY OUTCOMES:
Support Vista Health leadership to build a best-in-class operations centre - standardising, automating, and digitising all aspects of operations and ways of working to support quality, repeatability, and efficiency, by achieving the following outcomes.

Effectively own and manage revenue pipeline and sales to provide management with a clear view of the business in terms of current position, forecasted revenue, expenses and cashflow by the different business lines, clients and countries.

Provide senior management with an understanding of project profitability on all open and closing projects by looking at budgeted vs. actual hours, expenses vs. amount invoiced to client.

Achieve healthy cashflow by accurately tracking revenue recognition, on time invoicing and reviewing opportunities to bring revenue or invoicing forward in a compliant manner.

Project operations are efficiently managed in terms of thorough contract review, accurate invoicing and expenses/vendor fee management and proper document filing.

All financial transactions are accurately recorded, measured, and reported based on accepted accounting principles, internal Vista Health corporate policies and procedures, government regulations and business requirements.

YOU HAVE
- 6-10 years’ experience in business and commercial analysis and finance (AR/AP)
- Fluency in English is a must and at ease in communicating complex ideas simply
- Results-focused, takes ownership and strong focus on accountability for personal delivery and successful outcomes of delegated responsibilities
- An international operator, collaborator and able to work effectively across cultures and all levels in an organization
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast paced environment and able to work well under pressure with a proactive outlook.
- Strong project management skills, an eye for detail, and ability to translate business issues into financial requirements
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is essential
