Senior Executive, Student Health Centre

The Youth Preventive Health Service Division (YPHS) has five departments namely, School Health Service (SHS), Student Health Centre (SHC), Student Wellness Service (SWS), Nursing and Professional Practice. The mission of YPHS is to promote good health and reduce illness among the school children. The services provided by YPHS include health screening and immunisation for the children and youth in Singapore.
SHC serves as a referral centre at primary care level providing preventive and screening services for school and preschool children referred by the SHS team. SHC runs general medical, specialist, nutrition, immunisation and refraction clinics.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist Team Lead in Vendor Management
- Processing of vendor billings
- Processing of IT ID creation, termination and merging of student IDs.
- Coverage of Admin and Clinical duties when required.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of working experience in administrative functions and operations of health-related programmes are preferred
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and creativity in generating ideas and solutions to complex issues.
- Ability to work well in a team, multi-task and work independently
- Must be a team player and work and communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Relevant experience in running or supporting vaccination programme operations will be preferred
