Join us at the Forefront of Shaping Healthier Lives Overview The mission of the Youth Preventive Service (YPS) of the Health Promotion Board (HPB) is ensure every child is a healthy child by promoting good health through early detection and intervention. The Youth Preventive Health Service Division (YPHS) is one of the 3 divisions under YPS. The services provided by the YPHS include health screening, immunisation and lifestyle intervention for the children and youth in Singapore. YPHS has 4 departments namely School Health Service, Student Health Centre, Student Wellness Service and Nursing Service. You will be a part of YPHS’ Administration team, that provides administrative support to ensure that all services and programmes under YPHS run smoothly and are streamlined to ensure that we provide quality services to all students in Singapore.

As part of the YPHS Administration team, you will provide your expertise on data analytics, efficient information management services and how to deliver a seamless customer experience to achieve the YPHS’s objective of ensuring successful delivery of health services under the Student Health Centre, School Health Service and Student Wellness Service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support HODs to implement data analytics activities across YPHS by performing data analytics, from data extraction, analysis to visualisation to support YPHS initiatives to:

- (a) Identify team-specific and common cross-department functional and operation’s needs.
- (b) Perform data analysis to see patterns, trends or detects missing pieces of information.
- (c) Distil and analyse relevant information accurately and thoroughly from existing data bases /data sets.
- Translate data and analyses to actionable outcomes.
- Support HOD to promulgate and embrace a customer centric mindset and practices within YPHS by encouraging staff in YPHS to understand the voice of customers through proactive sharing and training of staff on customer centric practices, tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate seamlessly across function so as to provide positive customer experience.
- Synthesize customer feedback, perform root cause analysis, identify improvements, and seek approval from HODs before implementation of improvement initiatives plan and/or support in required customer recovery actions where needed.
- Support HODs and system owners in managing information collected and stored in YPHS and ensure relevant information can be provided efficiently for staff to do their work.
- Work with HODs and relevant staff to establish dashboard to manage and store information for safe and easy retrieval.
- Review processes with view of automation to improve efficiency of business processes.
- Support system owners to review and control for system access and ensure timely submission of reports to CDO monthly.
- Support HODs and system owner to develop and review content of marketing material and supplementary educational resources in YPHS.
- Develop and review content including nudges sent via the informational resources e.g. electronic Health Booklet (eHB), health plan, parent guide, video resources for newborns and their parents, Preschoolers, Primary and Secondary school students.
- Work and collaborate with other Divisions in HPB (e.g. CM, Programmes, CIOO) to ensure a quality customer experience at all YPHS touchpoints

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration with sub-specialisation in Analytics or Information Management.
- At least 5 years of working experience in managing projects related to planning, implementing and monitoring administrative functions and operations of programmes.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and creativity in generating ideas and solutions to complex issues.
- Ability to work well in a team, multi-task and work independently
- Must be a team player and work and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
