**Responsibilities**
- Receiving quotation requests from the Sales team and accurately entering the data into system trackers.
- Creating comprehensive quotation worksheets, including attached drawings and relevant details, and forwarding them to the appropriate engineers.
- Collecting responses from the engineering team regarding timings, yields, and exceptions, ensuring the worksheet is complete before returning it to the Sales team.
- Conducting analysis and collaborating with the higher management team for high-value quotes.
- Addressing questions and inquiries from the Sales team promptly and effectively.
- Leading and overseeing manufacturing costing models, offering recommendations to enhance and stabilize procedures and policies.
- Proficiently handling cost analysis across SAP system costing, RFQ costing, and actual costs.
- Demonstrating excellent collaboration with both the Sales team (customers) and internal teams, ensuring actionable follow-up until issues are resolved.
- Organizing program requirements into clear and actionable tasks for team members.
- Monitoring and analyzing the status of customer orders, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues that could impact on-time delivery, and preparing appropriate counter-measures.
- Developing, maintaining, and generating performance reports for internal distribution.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or 2 years of experience specifically in quotations.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including SAP and MS Office.
