**About AVPN**

With over 600 members, AVPN is a unique and extensive funders’ network based in Singapore committed to building a vibrant and high-impact social investment community across Asia, including social finance, impact investing and gender-lens investing. As an industry network, AVPN embraces all types of engagement to improve the effectiveness of members across the Asia Pacific region from hosting the region’s largest annual gathering for 1,200 social investors and ecosystem builders at the AVPN Conference in 2019, with 7,500 registered delegates at the 2020 virtual conference, to workshops, roundtables, webinars, and regular member meetups. AVPN also produces research reports that support ecosystem development, hosts a platform to match the financial and non-financial resources of investors with investee organizations, and runs an extensive communication platform which includes the AVPN website, a newsletter that is received by over 17,000 subscribers, and a strong social media presence.

The core mission of AVPN is to increase the flow of financial, human, and intellectual capital to the social sector by connecting and empowering key stakeholders from funders to the social purpose organizations they support.

The AVPN Academy is the only practitioner-oriented learning platform in Asia-Pacific focused on cross-cutting social investment approaches and best practice case studies in the region. The platform aims to offer a range of blended learning experiences to equip practitioners with the necessary skills and tools to be more strategic and impactful.

We seek a professional to join the Academy team to support the growth of this new platform.

**Responsibilities**

In this role, you will support the development of the AVPN Academy including:

- Working closely with the Manager, AVPN Academy to explore business and collaboration opportunities to develop the platform
- Supporting the development process, including
- Coordinating with instructional design partners and guiding the in-house technology team to deliver high-quality online learning experiences, including transcript/storyboard development
- Managing the resource library and ensuring recommended readings reflect the latest thinking in the industry
- Supporting partnerships with academic and research institutions to curate hybrid/ blended learning content and programmes
- Working with the tech and design teams to ensure smooth functioning of the platform
- Facilitating a positive user experience for participants based on an understanding of their needs and expectations
**Requirements**:

- Tech-savvy and familiarity with online learning management systems
- Ability to work with a range of funders, partners and vendors from across the region
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise workflow with mínimal direction
- Experience with online learning pedagogy and developing curricula that achieve desired learning outcomes (desirable)
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Proven work experience and track record in product management
- Exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
