
Senior/executive, Digital Academy

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
**Business Development and Strategic Partnerships**
- Support BDSP, BUs, QA for new programme / partner launch.
- Coordinate and/or attend new partnership visits / meetings / approval events / contracts.
- Coordinate articulation and accreditation arrangements with University partners.
- Coordinate CPE registration of new programmes with new University partners.
- Maintain quarterly update of dashboard.
- Update Academic Board spreadsheet on reported items.
- Updating New/Renewed Partners (both Academic and University) evaluation.
- Websites’ enquiries and developments.
**Digital Academy**
- Provide operational and administration support to ensure success of the digital academy
- Manage and coordinate with various internal stakeholder’s (including Finance, Admission, Exams Center, ICT etc) to ensure workflow process are in place for the program runs
- Manage and oversee vendor such as Pierian to ensure services are delivered based on contracted scope of work and service levels.
- Ensure programme schedules, module schedules, fee scheme are set-up correctly in eTEAMS for the launch and execution of the programs
- Assist Academics in the digitalization of new and existing content
- Project manage the development of new E-Learning programmes
- PO representative
- Responsible for student journey experience and engagement of students to ensure on time graduation.
**ISO, EduTrust and Regulatory Matters**
- Initiate annual review of Partnership Management processes for efficiency improvement
- Adhere to all policies, guidelines and work instructions pertaining to the operations for Digital Academy
- Attend scheduled meetings, follow-ups post meetings, prepare for internal and external audits
- ISO Steering Committee Member
- ISO Rep
- EduTrust Rep
**Others**
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- Degree in any field of studies
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in relevant field is preferred
- Meticulous and detailed
- Self-motivated with positive learning attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management & analytical skills
- Good organizational skills with the flexibility to adapt to changes
- Able to support ad-hoc student queries during non-working hours
