XCL World Academy is seeking to recruit a meticulous and resourceful **Executive/ Senior Executive Marketing** to join the dynamic Marketing team of four in the School.

We are looking for a Creative, Meticulous and Resourceful individual who is passionate about marketing, including digital marketing, social media management, content creation, communication, event management and other media-related engagement.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To execute marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- To engage and liaise with external partners for media buy and execution (out-of-home, print media, etc.)
- To manage social media accounts and support social media marketing and content creation.
- To coordinate newsletter and school communication execution.
- To support the Marketing Department with market research and database building.
- To manage, coordinate and support event organisation as required, including photography, videography, event planning, vendor liaison and execution.
- To lead and coordinate photography and videography projects by engaging external professionals.
- To support and perform other administrative and role-related tasks as assigned daily.

**Person Specifications**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing or other relevant certifications to the role.
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience working in a similar position or in an education industry would be preferred.
- Experience in marketing communications is required.
- Interest in graphic design will be a plus.
- Experience working with Excel and other Microsoft software.
- Advanced level spoken and written English language, proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills, resilience to work through tight deadlines and challenges that arise.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate incumbent who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
