Digital Marketing Specialist

XCL World Academy is seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist who is creative, meticulous, resourceful and has passion in the marketing field, including digital marketing, social media management, content creation, communication, and other media-related engagement.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute events and partnerships for local and regional business expansion strategies.
- Develop market intelligence/research to support tactical digital marketing planning and campaign execution for enrolment opportunities.
- Media Agency Management to execute local and overseas digital marketing campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct social listening and analyse findings.
- Identify best practices and trends to create visually impactful messaging.
- Review websites and propose enhancement for performance and user experience optimization.
- Support Marketing and Admissions in other tasks, as reasonably requested.
**Person Specifications**:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing or other relevant courses.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in a similar role.
- Experience in digital marketing and Google Analytics is required.
- Experience working with digital marketing tools (Semrush, Ahref etc.)
- Passionate about social media.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English language skills.
- Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills, resilience to work through tight deadlines and challenges that arise.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working in a school environment is an added advantage.
