Singapore Product Management Entry Level

Shared Game Services (SGS) provides core platform services to all games published by Garena. Services include but not limited to authentication, payment, and mobile SDK.

We are a dedicated and passionate team of product managers and engineers committed to building a platform that is scalable and robust for high volume, while ensuring reliable and localized user experience for our users. We’re looking for a product manager to join us, to explore, execute, iterate, and deliver services for users around the world.

**Job Description**:

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to build and improve shared game services, including payment, authentication, etc.
- Understand and take ownership of products with minimum guidance if required, and keep iteration and evolution to let the products adapt to new requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and local teams to improve quality of products and operation.
- Effectively communicate product plans, context, and outcomes with business teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic alignment.
- Take ownership of the product development lifecycle with minimum guidance if required and ensure timely deliveries.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or any other relevant field
- Product management experience (preferably from the Internet industry relating to consumer-facing website, apps, etc.) or any other relevant experience is preferred
- Experience in agile development process is highly preferred
- Proven experience on a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs is highly preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem solving skills and logical thinking
- Team player with positive and eager-to-learn attitude Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment

Good-to-have:

- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and technologies
- Experience in payment solutions or authentication
- Intuitive understanding and interest in UX design
