Our dedicated focus lies in crafting casual mobile games that deeply immerse players in incredibly enjoyable experiencesWe eagerly welcome humble yet ambitious individuals to join us on this thrilling journeyResponsibilities Analyze key game metrics(e.g., retention, engagement, monetization, and churn rates) to optimize game mechanics and player experiences. Conduct research and A/B testingto refine onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and smooth playing experience. Design and iterate on game loops, difficulty progression, and reward systemsusing player behavior data. Monitor game datato assess feature effectiveness, adjusting mechanics based on player engagement trends. Test gameplay mechanics, incorporating analytics insightsto refine core game loops and risk/reward structures. Maintain detailed game design documents,including visual mockups, system flows, and interaction diagrams, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Work closely with engineers, artists, and marketing teamsto align game design with player needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Experience in product management, product design, or data analysis,in consumer-facing digital products. Strong analytical skillswith experience using tools like SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, or other data platforms. Ability to conduct A/B testingand interpret results to refine product features, UX and game flow. Proven track record of designing and optimizing digital experiencesbased on user behavior and data analysis. Excellent documentation skillsto communicate design features and maintain structured product design documents. Collaborative mindset—comfortable working with cross-functional teams including engineering, art, and marketing. Passion for gamingand a keen interest in player behavior, engagement, and retention strategies. Preferred Qualifications Experience in game design or game-related products.
