**Responsibilities**
- Create game content that is well-balanced within designated timelines, and skillfully use Microsoft Excel for scenario simulations.
- Assume responsibility for the primary design of various gameplay features, encompassing the comprehensive management of the game's functional gameplay, economy system, and rule formulation.
- Aid the producer in creating the project development plan and work in conjunction with the art and tech teams to implement the project plan.
- Understand industry trends and competitor games, constantly update the project direction and game design.
- Set goals, KPIs, and validation plans; assess the effect of features on player experience, retention, and sentiment, utilizing data to confirm and refine your designs.
- Examine various monetization strategies and select the ones that best fit the game.
- Evaluate user feedback and social metrics to fine-tune gameplay and design elements.
- Develop, construct, and continually refine crucial game systems and features such as social, co-op, and common foundational systems (i.e., challenges, progression, events).

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of experience in game development planning.
- Exhibit a profound comprehension of the most recent trends and gameplay in mobile RPGs, being an enthusiastic gamer who proudly declares a passion for games such as AFK Arena, Raid Shadow Legends, Epic 7, and Honkai Star Rail, among others
- Able to independently complete the system settings or numerical settings or level design and other related planning work for this type of game.
- Strong game analysis ability, deep understanding of the core principles of the game and player mentality, and reasonable product planning.
- Understand the market and target audiences for mobile social gaming
- Excellent command of Excel Data sheets
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure and produce results under sometimes tight schedules
