- Develop detailed character progression systems, game difficulty scaling, and monetization strategies.
- Strategically plan and implement game data tracking to analyze performance metrics and player behavior.
- Use player feedback and analytic data to refine game mechanics and progression systems.
- Ensure game balance considering various gameplay elements like character abilities and combat mechanics.
- Engage in live operations to continuously refine and update game content based on player interactions.
- Work closely with developers and artists to implement design concepts effectively.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate key learnings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Solid experience in game design focusing on statistical models, level design, and progression systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in game statistics and economy.
- Deep understanding of game mechanics across various genres, particularly RPG and Casual games.
