We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as a Game Economist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing the in-game economic system and implementing specific numerical parameters. As the Game Economist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring its balance and sustainability.

**Responsibilities**
- Economic System Design: Take charge of the overall design of the in-game economic system, including aspects such as currency circulation, item pricing, rewards, and cost structures. Your goal will be to enhance the game's playability and user experience
- Numeric Design: Develop and fine-tune numerical parameters within the game, such as income, cost, value, and progress. This will involve achieving desired goals and maintaining a balanced economic system
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to monitor and evaluate the performance of the in-game economic system. Provide optimization suggestions based on your findings.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the game development team, designers, and product managers to develop and refine the in-game economic system's design. Additionally, effectively communicate and justify your numerical design decisions to non-experts.
- Technical Tools: Demonstrate proficiency in using data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, etc. These skills will support your numerical design and data analysis efforts

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or any other related field
- Solid foundation in mathematics and statistics, with the ability to design economic models and analyze data
- Relevant work experience in the game industry or similar fields
- Exhibit creative thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver unique and innovative economic system designs
- Demonstrate effective communication and presentation abilities, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present on the numerical design decisions

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiar with in-game economic system design and numerical balance
