**Job Description** Your Purpose**

As a finance expert embedded within our production team, your work directly impacts our game's revenue, player engagement, and overall player satisfaction. Your expertise empowers senior management and production teams to make informed, data-driven choices and crucial decisions through the power of financial insights and analysis. **Your Daily Adventure**
- Forecast and maintain product P&L for both pre & post launch by collecting, validating, and analyzing financial and operational data from various sources.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis on revenue strategies to optimize business performance.
- Monitor and report financial results and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Analyze internal and external data to develop recommendations for product pricing strategy, digital promotional pricing plans and lifecycle management to maximize revenue for the project.
- Develop models to support the team to calculate seasonal content ROI & pricing strategies.
- Identify business opportunities by understanding product lifecycles, revenue targets, digital assortment needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Continuously innovate to ensure cutting-edge data analysis capabilities for effective decision-making in revenue strategies and game development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor revenue strategies, and best practices to maintain or surpass industry benchmarks for in-game revenue performance.

**Qualifications** What You Bring**
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- Minimally 3 years of working experience in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- Experience in creation and maintaining financial models for revenue projections, guiding revenue strategy development.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software for extracting and interpreting player data.
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry, including in-game economies, revenue strategies, and player behavior.
- Experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing A/B tests within a big data context, including techniques like bootstrapping and permutation testing.
- Innate curiosity and ability to dissect extensive and intricate data sets to derive meaningful and actionable conclusions.
- Effective collaboration skills for working in a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of logical thinking and a grounded mindset.
