We are looking for a dynamic New Business Acquisition & B2B Marketing Executive.
At Delcie’s Desserts & Cakes, we specialize in creating guilt-free, allergy-friendly desserts that cater to diverse dietary needs. Our mission is to bring joy to people with dietary restrictions while offering businesses the opportunity to provide healthier, indulgent treats for their clients, events, and customers.
**What You’ll Do**:
**1. New Business Acquisition & B2B Sales**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring that our offerings are top-of-mind for future collaborations.
- Present and pitch Delcie’s services, products, and brand story to potential B2B clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with company goals.
- Identify opportunities, corporate events, and other business channels where our cakes and desserts can be featured.
**2. B2B Marketing & Brand Awareness**:
- Create and execute B2B strategies to increase brand visibility within the corporate sector.
- Design tailored marketing campaigns and promotional materials to communicate the value of our cakes and services to businesses.
- Ensure the delivery of the right message to the right clients at the right time.
**3. Relationship Management & Retention**:
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure clients are satisfied with their purchases and services.
- Address customer feedback promptly and proactively manage any service challenges.
- Maintain long-term partnerships with B2B clients, ensuring repeat business and fostering a loyal customer base.
- Organize corporate events, tastings, and demonstrations to showcase our products to key business clients.
