Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our sales team as a Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Proactively identify potential clients through phone, email, and online channels to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification: Research and identify key decision-makers across target industries, qualify leads, and pass them to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Closing Deals: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos, and provide product knowledge to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Education: Min. Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in business development, inside sales, or telemarketing is beneficial.
  • Skill Set: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven are essential.
