**Job Description & Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities as Protection Proposition Manager will include:

- Designing propositions and products for parametric insurance, including prevention and protection
- Analzing needs customer needs in the international parametric agriculture market, segmeted by regions (pricing, protection need, distribution)
- Screening and Evaluating of IoT Devices that help to identify the right triggers for Parametric Insurance, especially Agriculture Insurance
- Identifying and Analyzing relevant data supporting the protection need for parametric insurance for Agriculture Insurance and Weather Insurance
- Driving PoCs and workshops for the end to end testing of identified parametric protection solutions, from IoT data to triggers to insurance claims
- Analyse & define customer and partner journeys
- Provide insights into the agriculture market needs in South East Asia
- Onboard relevant suppliers (insurers, prevention partners, data suppliers) to our marketplace platform

**What makes you stand out
**Essential**:

- Strong agriculture industry background, ideally in developping solutions to maximise harvest
- Experience is designing AI solutions for the agriculture industry based on third party data, imaging and other data patterns)
- Experience in the fertilizing industry for agriculture
- Knowhow and experience of European OR American AND Asian agriculture market
- Expertise working in a startup environment
- Applied Data Science background in the agriculture or parametric insurance industry
- Masters Degree in either Physics, Engineering or Data Science
- Strong skills in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
- Experience in working in markets in South East Asia and Europe/US
- Ambition, solution focus and with strong skills in IT platform and prevention products
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to decompose complex issues, find solutions and summarise
- Manage and work autonomously on projects
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
