Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the product lead in the end-to-end product development process.

You will actively review health and protection products and provide recommendations on enhancement, withdrawal or development of new products.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research on new product developments and preparing analysis to provide insights on market trends.
  • Monitoring market developments and identifying trends to drive and support new product development and related initiatives.
  • Managing and conducting focus groups with customers to test out new product ideas or get feedback on existing products.
  • Drafting and updating product specifications and preparing product presentations for evaluation and approval.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to channel inputs into the product proposition and manage deliverables.
  • Reviewing product/fund materials, policy contracts and FAQs.
  • Communicating product launch announcements.
  • Coordinating regulatory developments and requirements.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in any field.
  • At least 5-10 years experience in the insurance industry with a background in health and protection product development/pricing/proposition development and project implementation.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore health products and regulations.
