- about 2 hours ago- We are currently working with an established real estate developer with focusing on retail asset classes, looking for a talented Senior Leasing Management Professional to join its established Leasing team in Singapore and if you are successful in the business, you will have the opportunity to learn from the best and progress in your career through the platform.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Formulate leasing strategies and planning trade/tenant mix, and ensure its effective implementation
- Provide guidance and supervision to the team in the execution of the leasing strategies
- Coordinate the department’s activities to ensure consistency and compliance of Leasing’s policies and procedures
- Manage good Landlord-Tenant relationships and handle any complaints/issues
- Attend to all leasing enquires, secure appointments and assist viewings with prospective tenants and agents
- Build a regular pipeline of tenants and bring in new-to-market, local and international concepts and tenants
- Handle and track lease negotiations for new leases and renewals to ensure full occupancy of the mall
- Attend to all tenancy-related matters and any other duties as assigned
- Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segments
- Assist in obtaining market information on comparable projects and preparation of such reports
- Prepare tenant sales analysis
- Prepare annual budget and periodic forecasting reports as well as monthly management reports

**Key Requirements**:

- Has a minimum of 5-7 years of Retail Leasing experience
- Strong leadership and collaborative spirit
- Is keen to lead a team and has desire to make autonomous decisions to make an impact to the mall
