Position : Assistant Vice President / Vice President, Portfolio Management, Singapore

Entity : [Name of REIT]

You will be part of the Portfolio Management team at [Name of REIT] and report to Head, Portfolio Management, [REIT]

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the strategic, operational and financial performance of a portfolio(s) of properties within REIT's AUM in Singapore
  • Develop asset plans, including 'hold-sell analysis', to maximise value of portfolio(s) through formulation, development and implementation of strategies for marketing, leasing, property management, asset enhancement and sustainability
  • Identify and drive redevelopment opportunities to maximise value of properties
  • Identify and drive divestment opportunities to recycle capital
  • Work with partners including asset managers, leasing / account managers and property managers to maximise operational efficiency and financial performance, and deliver the business plan for the portfolio(s)
  • Monitor and analyse financial and operational performance of portfolio(s)
  • Manage annual valuation of properties in portfolio(s)

Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate / Business / Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably with experience managing business space, industrial or logistics assets
  • Familiar with real estate markets, valuation methodologies and asset management
  • Possess strong analytical and financial skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work with members across various organisational teams towards aligned objectives
