Job Responsibilities

Manage the campaign management cycle, from customer selection to leads farming and results analysisReview campaign effectiveness with Sales leaders and Product and sharpen targeting over time Conduct reviews to measure effectiveness of portfolio strategies, identify improvement opportunities as well as vulnerabilities Assist on preparation of management reports and ad hoc analysis to support product developmentJob Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail or SME banking with cross-functional knowledge e.g. marketing, product, digital, analyticsProficient in Excel is a must; knowledge in advanced functionalities is a plusAbility to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and to think, plan and execute resourcefullyStrong communicator with experience in senior stakeholder interaction and demonstrated data storytelling skillsClear, concise writing, speaking and presentation skills in English language
