**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop engaging and practical course materials on entrepreneurship.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions both in-person at our Tanjong Pagar location and through our innovative online e-learning platform.
- Encourage and support students in developing their business ideas and strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the course content based on industry trends and student feedback.
- Work closely with the Quanterra team to promote an entrepreneurial culture and community within and beyond the classroom.

**Course Topics Include (But Not Limited To)**
- Ideation and Business Model Development
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Financial Planning and Funding Strategies
- Branding, Marketing, and Sales Strategies
- Legal Considerations for Startups
- Pitching and Investor Relations
- Growth Hacking and Scaling Businesses
- Leadership and Team Building in Startups
- Social Entrepreneurship and Impact Investing

**Remuneration**

$100-$250 per hour, with additional revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on the success of the programs.

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- Demonstrated success as an entrepreneur or significant experience working with startups.
- Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, venture capital, and business scaling.
- Strong background in training, facilitation, or education related to entrepreneurship.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills, capable of inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs.
- Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving and business education.
- ACLP certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
