**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and update engaging and informative course materials on business development topics.
- Conduct impactful training sessions, both in-person at our premises in Tanjong Pagar and through our online e-learning platform.
- Engage with students to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and iterate on feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Quanterra team to further enrich the student learning experience and outcome.

- Fundamentals of Business Development
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Market Analysis and Competitive Strategy
- Sales Strategy and Management
- Partnership Development
- Negotiation Techniques
- Networking and Relationship Building

- Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation

**Remuneration**

$100-$250 per hour, with additional revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on the success of the programs.

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven expertise and a successful track record in business development, with significant professional experience in the field.
- Strong academic or training background, with the ability to develop and deliver comprehensive course content.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- A passion for mentoring and developing emerging business talent.
- ACLP certification is advantageous but not essential.
