**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and update course materials for finance topics.
- Facilitate and conduct training sessions both on-site at Tanjong Pagar and online through e-learning platforms.
- Engage with students to ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Quanterra team to enhance the overall training experience.

**Remuneration**

$100-$250 per hour, with additional revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on the success of the programs.

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong expertise in one or more of the finance course topics listed.
- Relevant industry certifications
- Previous experience in training, facilitation, or education in finance.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to design and develop comprehensive course materials.
- A passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with others.
- ACLP certification is advantageous but not a requirement.
