**About The Role**:
YipitData is growing at record speed, thriving in a disruptive environment as our data-driven research service has become more valuable than ever. As our **Revenue Operations Associate**, you will play a key role helping to scale the APAC Revenue team to grow in unison with it's revenue. You will help us us establish, document, train and coach on best practice across many different technologies, serving as a knowledge center for Asia Sales and Customer Success best practice.
As a **Revenue Operations Associate**, you will report to our Sr. Revenue Operations Manager as well as key APAC Revenue team members and will be the key driver of our Revenue Operations + Enablement strategy as the team grows.
**Your day-to-day will involve**:

- Learn, master, and ultimately improve on the suite of technology, process and documentation that the RevOps team owns to enable sales and customer success teams in Asia
- Create, optimize and maintain customer and employee data, processes, reports and dashboards
- Support APAC revenue team leaders in running reports that aid in understanding business opportunities and team efficiency (i.e. Salesforce Reporting)
- Provide training to local revenue team on existing and new sales tools (i.e. Ipreo, LinkedIn, ChurnZero, Groove, Bloomberg, Salesforce, Gong, Insight Squared)
- Assist with the ownership and development of the Revenue team's tech stack, staying on top of the latest features and rolling them out to the team
- Provide support on contact management for mega accounts (i.e. Long-only, Pension Funds, Pod), communicating with the US-based team to ensure accuracy
- Support the Asia Marketing team in relaying important inbounds to relevant stakeholders and helping Marketing Operations to automate outreach to new and existing clients ((i.e. product launches, webcasts outreach, gathering interest for new products, etc.)
- Cater core RevOps workflows to the Asia market by speaking to team members, identifying inefficiencies, and scalably upgrading our tools
- Host practice sessions and role plays with the team to improve team's product mastery, objection handling, and/or partnership presentations
- Continuously work with APAC Revenue team to identify gaps or process inefficiencies to automate / improve on existing processes

**You Are Likely To Succeed, If**:

- You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience (in a fast-pace, high-growth SaaS environment is a plus)
- Experience in presenting and consulting with leaders and partners at all levels of an organization, with a consistent track record of establishing relationships and the ability to be a strategic partner in needs assessment, planning and implementation
- You demonstrate a high aptitude for organization, process development, project and change management and analytics
- You are a natural problem-solver, with a keen eye for detail and spotting issues
- You are committed to continuously improve yourself and help those around you
- You have great Excel skills
- You are willing to learn and become proficient in SQL and data management
- You have knowledge or experience with organizational tools such as a CRM and/or knowledge-sharing platform
- Outstanding facilitation skills, with great composure and an ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of your audience
- Proficient in Google Calendar, Google Groups, Slack, Asana
- Eye for business and sales familiarity, finance/sales experience a bonus
- Sales, Account Management, and/or Investor relations know-how a bonus
