Our international Client is looking to fill an important role in the Jurong office.

This HR Generalist position needs someone with
- 1) payroll experience, preferably using Timesoft system

2) payroll experience in a production environment with shift work

3) enthusiasm and interest to handle problem solving

3) passionate to participate in HR digitalization projects

5 day work week, 830am to 530pm

Highly accessible with public transport

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or any relevant business field
- Minimum 5 years working experience in similar capacity
- Well versed with Singapore Employment Law and practices
- Must have good stakeholder management skills and good communication skills
- Must be meticulous and have good time management
- Must be innovative and open to changes; enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a can-do attitude
- Possess critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess high degree of integrity and ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations
- Must be self-reliant and motivated, with proven ability to work as a team as well as independently
- Knowledge trend in HR Digitalization
- Well versed in Payroll processing with Time Soft system & E-Citrix time attendance

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full spectrum of payroll services and ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately both in house and outsource vendor
- Responsible for CPF submission, IR21 Tax clearance, IR8A, CPF submission, NS claims, childcare, maternity leave claims and any other ad-hoc statutory claims
- Manage E- leave system
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, payroll cost and accrual journals
- Liaise with payroll vendor on payroll implementation & administration
- Attend to the auditor on both internal and external audit
- Set-up, implement, maintain, and enhance policies and procedures for payroll process in compliance with the local government legislation
- Support managers in the development talk/performance appraisal process
- Assist HR Head in labour management relations
- Administer benefits administration such as insurance policies for employees
- Update HR policies as and when required
- Prepare monthly headcount reports
- Complete Labor market & EDB surveys
- Internal ISO Auditor
- Provide office administration support
- Provide HR services and administrative support to the Department
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as and when required
