Business Development Director

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Director to join our team. You must be self-driven individual who has an out-going personality with extensive business networks and connections in and outside of Singapore (preferably in China, North Asia Market).

**Job Description**:

- Develop revenue growth and business expansion strategies especially in China and able to reach out to Raw Materials Industries.
- Work with our Singapore Management team to execute plans so as to successfully achieve business objectives.
- Able to identify new markets for our company to expand to first and then utilising our company’s products and services to break in to the next and third markets.
- Responsible for achieving assigned country revenue targets and to match these revenues with our Singapore based company’s products and services.
- Have at least **10 years **of working experience in a professional sales and business development environment especially in China.
- Familiar with China Business regulations.
- (Based in Singapore with frequent travelling to China)
- Possess an open mindset with the ability to work and thrive in an ambiguous environment (extensive work experiences in China is a plus).
- Possess entrepreneurial spirit would be highly desirable.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.

We expect that this Business Development Director to be based in Singapore with (i) the primary task of developing strategies at increasing revenue outside of Singapore and (ii) work with our Singapore Management Team diversifying our company’s brand, service provisions, operational management.
