**ABOUT THE JOB**
Navya Systems Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Fleet Supervisor to join our Operations department. As the Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the fleet of Autonomous Shuttles operating in the Asia Pacific Region. Your main objective will be to deliver the highest level of customer service to both domestic and international clients. Your passion for excellence and commitment to ensuring smooth operations will play a crucial role in the success of our autonomous shuttle services.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints through various communication channels.
- Providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues.
- Identifying and resolving customer problems, technical issues, or service disruptions. Offering step-by-step guidance and troubleshooting instructions to assist customers in resolving their concerns.
- Accurately documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints
- Recognizing situations that require additional expertise or intervention and escalating them to higher-level support or management, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Cooperating with colleagues and other departments located in France to resolve customer issues effectively. Sharing knowledge, best practices, and feedback to improve overall customer service quality.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience by delivering professional, courteous, and empathetic service. Demonstrating patience, active listening, and effective communication skills to build rapport with customers.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma / Degree holder in Business, Management, Engineering or equivalent
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- No VISA sponsorship
**PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience working collaboratively with team members
- Proficiency in using computer systems
- Completion of relevant customer service training programs or certifications
