As the Executive Chief Steward, you will be the driving force behind our seamless culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and organization are maintained throughout the hotel.

Manage all aspects of hygiene and cleanliness of all kitchens and stewarding areas
Maintain the operating equipment of the Hotel in compliance with the hotel regulations and standards
Attends the regularly scheduled outlet walk through’s and manages the needed follow ups
Conduct daily inspections of all kitchens and stewarding areas
Manage labour and chemical cost of the Stewarding department
Monitor and manage breakages and losses to the Hotel’s operating equipment
Ensure all functions and events are fully prepared according to the requirements stated in the Banquet Event Order
Schedule rosters for all associates in the Stewarding Department and ensure that manpower is used efficiently.
Oversee special projects as and when assigned by the Executive Chef
Work closely with Hygiene Manager to conduct regular audits to ensure attainment and/or maintenance of sanitation standards
Supervise and coach associates and equip them with the necessary skills to complete the required tasks based on the set standards

**Requirements**:
Oral and written fluency in English
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity in an International Class Hotel
Safety, hygiene and sanitation knowledge
Knowledge on use of cleaning program
