Do you have a passion for building clinical skills? Do you have experience in the Orthopedic or Robotics space? Do you have experience working across markets to build capabilities, raise clinical competencies, and introduce new cutting-edge technologies into the marketplace? As the Manager, Knee Restoration, you will be responsible with setting the strategy and governance of our commercial education organization across the APAC region. Setting the standard for the capabilities of our internal DePuy Synthes colleagues across APAC, you will support country trainers to deliver needs-based product and procedure technical training, aligned to our Knee Restoration platform strategic roadmap. The Manager, Knee Restoration, will be responsible for executing training needs analysis to inform our education strategy, as well as manage a sound data and analytics strategy to understand the impact of our educational offerings.
Expectation is you will be able to partner with our global education partners to bring insights from the APAC region to ensure future curriculum design meets the needs of our region. In addition, an ability to localize existing education curriculums to meets the needs of our key markets today.
This role sits at the center of our Knee Restoration strategic plans for APAC, and over the coming years, will have a significant impact on our people, surgeons, and the millions of patients that suffer from knee pain in the region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work cross functionally to set the strategic vision of our commercial education priorities for the Knee Restoration platform.
- Develop success measures and outcomes to demonstrate education effectiveness and adoption of knee restoration continuum by markets through governance model.
- Develop and execute knee restoration continuum with key market input and aligned to global strategy localized for maximum impact.
- Partner with markets to build necessary capabilities to be able to effectively implement education continuums on a local level.
- Develop strategies to effectively utilize the online platforms and technologies of Johnson & Johnson University (including collaboration with our learning technology teams)
- Identify and evaluate trends in learning media and technology-based performance development solutions to maximize effectiveness and innovation of training programs

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Progressive experience in Healthcare Commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Sales Training, Prof Ed, Marketing and/or Sales Management) with history of success.
- Strong clinical expertise or medical device training experience
- Experience bringing new technology solutions to market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Digital /MS Office proficiency
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30%, including some weekend travel.
**Preferred**:
- MBA or other higher-level degree
- Commercial experience with complex technologies and/or capital equipment
- Demonstrated ability to develop a strategy and translate it into solutions that deliver on the company’s objectives.
- Current or previous experience with adult learning concepts and Instructional Design Principles
- Experience using and/or implementing modern educational technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through ambiguity and significant complexity.
- APAC regional experience and local execution with knowledge of Asia Pacific markets and cultural influences in decisions making.
- Strong leadership, influence management and teamwork qualities, including leading across geographic boundaries and cross-functionally.
