About the RoleThis senior position will lead the development, execution, and strategic direction of sales training, medical education, and key opinion leader (KOL) engagement initiatives across Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will design and deliver engaging live and virtual training programs, maintain deep clinical expertise, and create high-quality education strategies that elevate physician confidence in advanced interventional devices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategy, development, and execution of sales training, medical education, and KOL engagement for APAC markets.
- Design and deliver live and virtual training; support procedures to maintain deep clinical expertise.
- Create education strategies that elevate physician confidence in advanced interventional devices.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, sales training, or medical education, preferably in a medical device industry.
- Proven experience leading multi-country programs in APAC.
- Strong capability in reading and substantiating white papers and clinical trials.
- Strong clinical experience with surgical medical device procedures, ideally in Neurology or Cardiology.
- Multilingual skills in APAC languages are an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in an agile environment with strong influencing, project management, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
